Before April 25, 2008 registration is $165 for members and $240 for non-members.


After April 25, 2008 registration is $190 for members and $265 for non-members.

If more than 1 person from the same practice registers for the meeting , there will be a $15 discount for each additional person. This applies to the early bird or regular registration fees.
