Member Practice: (Definition: any one person in a practice is a member. The member does not have to be the person(s) attending.) $85.00 - first person $75.00 - each additional person from the same office.

Non-Member Practice: $245—first person (Fee includes membership in IMGMA.) Additional people from practice can attend for $75.00 each.
